It is used as another name for the Traditional Witch.THE NEW DEFINITION OF A HEDGE RYDER: One who is "Blended" with their Higher Self or Source Energy BEING from which they come. So that it might be said that they are ALWAYS RYDING THE HEDGE, No need to cross over anywhere! This is accomplished by the desire and intent of the Hedge Ryder Witch. *NOTE: I changed the spelling to denote the NEW "Definition" and will use that spelling from now on.* This is a NEW ERA of WytchCraft and so a new and improved definition is definitely in order. There are not many of us as far as I know, but this will change as the progress forward into a full awakening of our divinity becomes more apparent with each deliberate spell we conjure and consciously perceive manifested. The awareness of the vast resources and help from our Cosmic Family will enable us to grow and excel in every area of which we desire to. Gone will be the days of Worshiping Outside God/dess as we realize WE ARE GOD/DESS and have been all along! Changing belief structure can be fast or slow, depending upon the desire of the Witch for awareness of his or hers own abilities, desire for growth, desire for acceleration of abilities and freedom from dogma whether Christian or Pagan.
